Welcome to the jQuery.uploader homepage, a jQuery plugin which allows you to upload files to your server using a lot of callbacks. The uploading is handled by a Flash movie which is Flash Player 9 & 10 compatible.
The original "uploader" was made in 2006 but never released (at that time largely based on and inspired by swfUpload and FancyUpload). Due to popular demand i've completely rewritten the plugin from the ground up so it can be used with Flash Player v10. It now features 28 callbacks which can be triggered from Flash!
jQuery.uploader "only" requires jQuery. If you want to use the logging, you also have to include BlackbirdJS. jQuery.uploader is fully compatible with all A-Grade Browsers (Internet Explorer 6+, Opera 9, Firefox 1.5+ and Safari 2+) with Adobe Flash 9 player (minimum build 9.0.45 and up).
Demo's
Currently i have created only one demo. I am planning to release a server side callback demo which shows the communication from the server back to jQuery.uploader after a file has been uploaded and processed.
Queue Management: This demo shows the queue management of jQuery.uploader.
